Spa Policy

POLICIES

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  While we understand that things can come up, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 516-414-0876 or email us at info@healingsanctuaryandspa.com. We will only charge your card should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Please know that this policy is in place with respect to the value of everyone's time and healthcare needs.

We have a tardiness policy. When a client is late, the time duration will be deducted from treatment.

If you are using a Gift Certificate, you MUST present it at check-in or another form of payment is expected.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

 

ETIQUETTE

To ensure that you and others reap the full benefits of the experience, please adhere to the following expectations of etiquette.

If you are running late, please give us a call or send a text to 516-414-0876 let us know and see if we can keep your appointment or reschedule.  We would hate for you to not get the full time and the experience let alone delay the following scheduled guest.

 Arriving late will lessen precious minutes of your service. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next client isn’t delayed, regardless of your start time.

 Cell phones should be either shut off or on SILENT. Vibrating cell phones also cause distractions.

We do provide robe & slippers for your comfort and convenience. Please remember to leave your jewelry at home. We are not responsible for any lost items.

Arrive at least 5 minutes before your first scheduled service to allow yourself ample time to check-in and prepare for your time by using the restroom etc.

In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Please note gratuities are not included in the price of the service.
